Dear Customer,

 

We are writing to let you know that Toner on Demand has been sold and the business will officially change hands on Monday 1st February 2021.

 

The value of our business is only possible because of the support from all of our customers which has been much appreciated over the past 12 ½ years.

 

We have sought out a buyer who has shown a genuine appreciation for the business and is keen and capable of developing its future potential. We will be staying on through a transition period to ensure a smooth handover of the business to the new owners.

 

The new owners, Michael & Priya Mackintosh, recognise that the price they are paying includes a premium for the goodwill that has been created through our positive relationships with our customers, and so they are keen to ensure that they protect this value by working hard to maintain these relationships.

 

Importantly for you, the new owners have made it clear that no significant changes are planned for the business. The new owners, however, are keen to gather feedback to identify how additional customer value can be created for you.

 

The employees of the business support the sale and are positive about the future under new management.
